Resa Kemper came to Oswego to teach 3rd Grade at Neosho Heights Elementary.  She has a background serving in and helping lead children's and other family ministries for over 25 years in Topeka, Kansas.  Before becoming a teacher, she was an Architect, however God called her to find fulfillment through helping build up and educate children rather than designing buildings.    Resa loves using her gift of teaching to further build God's kingdom, helping children to learn about and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
