Helping People Find Their Way Back Home to God!
Taking the Gospel to the Sticks!
We are not a city church. We are a church that is set smack dab in the middle of rural America – the Sticks, and we love it!
Our vision is to take the gospel, through Plus 1 Living, to every dirt road, every farmers field, and every place we work and play.

Biblical Principles That Inform the Decisions We Make and the Way We Interact.
- Scripture is our Standard– we let the Bible be our trump card in our lives (it trumps our opinions, preferences, personal tastes, etc.). If God says it, we want to live it. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12)
- Servant Leadership is our Moto – in every situation we ask the question, “what is the servant-hearted thing to do?”(Matthew 20:28, Mark 10:45, John 13:1-17)
- Unity is our Passion – we guard and protect the unity of the body of Christ(John 17:20-23) by being intentional about God’s mission in this world – it’s hard to fight over inconsequential things when you recognize there are people going to hell. We also are intentional with one another when we have wronged someone or been wronged ourselves (following Mt. 18:15-20 & Mt. 5:23&24). We always assume the best intentions of those around us because we all have a deep love for the body of Christ and the world around us.
- Reaching the Lost is our Desire – we will do whatever it takes, short of sin, to help people find their way back home to God (Matthew 28:16-20, 1 Corinthians 9:19-23)
“The culture of our church is defined by the values we live out.
We don’t gossip, or manipulate, we don’t assume there are politics being played out, because we walk the walk and talk the talk. We honor God’s word as our authority in every matter, we roll up our sleeves and serve – no matter our position, we care more about the unity of the body of Christ than our own personal preferences, and we want to see people who are far from Jesus come close to Him.
When the church lives out these values, it’s one of the most beautiful things in the world!”
